How This Fitness Brotherhood Is Turning Ordinary Men Into Lean, Shredded Warriors In Just 20 Minutes A Day

No Gyms, No Gurus, No BS

As I stuffed my face with a hot slice of "just this once" pizza not five hours after completing the Spartan Race that was supposed to keep me fit forever…

…I figured out why 77% of men in this country are either overweight or obese (NIH).

The fitness industry wants us to believe it's because we don't have the right gear, gym membership, or protein powder.

But the root problem is much simpler than that:

We go it alone.

Losing weight is one of the hardest things a man can do.

Trying to stick to a diet and exercise in lone wolf mode is doomed to fail…

…and the real reason men's fitness is broken.

Why The World Needs Fitness Brotherhoods

The old way of fitness is program-centric, with emphasis on novel diet or workout mechanisms (think "1 weird food").

The old guard fitness companies follow this model because it uses our love of shiny objects to drive repeat sales (at the expense of actual results).

This model completely ignores the real issue: building the sustainable fitness habits that true, lasting transformation requires.

So in 2018, after my dismal failure to get fit with Spartan race training, I put together a team at Third Way Man (Body Of A Warrior's parent company) to build a completely different kind of fitness experience.

The new way we've pioneered is team-centric, with emphasis on creating a brotherhood that turns the long, lonely slog of fitness transformation into a fun, stick-with-able adventure.

We believed that fitness is meant to be a team sport.

We spent the next five years and tens of thousands of man hours testing that theory.

And after turning hundreds of ordinary men into lean, shredded warriors with our approach, the evidence is clear: We were right.

How Body Of A Warrior Works

Here's what happens when you join our fitness brotherhood.

First, we place you in a fire team: a small group of carefully-chosen, like-minded men, complete with your own private slack channel in our Body Of A Warrior slack group.

This is your band of brothers for the next 12 to 24 weeks.

Then, every Sunday afternoon, we email you your marching orders for the upcoming week (meals and workouts).

You execute your mission over the next seven days, and prove each completed meal and workout with a photo taken on your smartphone and uploaded to your fire team's slack channel.

Each of these proof pics gives points to your team, and at the end of the month, the fire team with the most points is crowned the winner, with each member receiving a prize.

Here is the key: you are scored not individually, but as a team.

That is the secret sauce: if you were to skip a meal or a workout, you wouldn't just be letting yourself down: you'd be letting your team down, too.

This simple feature is the number one reason so many men have been able to achieve lasting fitness transformation with Body Of A Warrior when nothing else has worked before.

It's All Still Possible

You bend down effortlessly to tie your shoe, no kneeling or sitting required.

You easily race up the flight of stairs.

You gladly take off your shirt at the pool, proud to show off your lean, muscular physique.

You overhear your son shout "Hey mom, dad has abs!" as you walk shirtless to the kitchen for a drink of water.

Most men think it's impossible, that this ship has sailed. But as you'll learn, when you have the right structure, it's never too late to get the body you want.

Look, if you could dial in your fitness on your own, you'd have done it already.

Therefore, you can't, and the reason you can't is because you're alone. You lack the accountability, the fun, and the adventure that only a fitness brotherhood can provide.
